Leon Cathedral, also known as Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of Leon, whose official name is Insigne and Real Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is a cathedral of colonial baroque building located in the city of Leon, Department Leon, Nicaragua.

The Royal Basilica of the Assumption Cathedral of León, built in the eighteenth century, is one of the most visited sites of the University City.
